This policy explains how Lucy Labs LLC (“Lucy Labs”, “we”) handles information collected through lucylabs.co and in the course of client work.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, company, and billing address, when you email us or become a client.
- Billing records such as invoices and payment status.
- Payment information entered on our payment pages is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and limited card details (such as brand and last four digits), never the full card number.
- Basic technical data such as server logs needed to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver and bill for our services, process payments, keep records required by law, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate, including Stripe (payments), our bank, and our hosting and database providers, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the relationship. Access to client data is restricted to Lucy Labs personnel.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations, by writing to orlando@lucylabs.co.
